I work with women who are tired of being dismissed. With athletes whose bodies have stopped cooperating. With anyone who suspects there is a different way — and needs someone who has walked that road themselves.
The practice
I did not come to herbal medicine through a textbook. I came through seven years of being failed by conventional medicine — through a body I barely recognised, a career cut short, and a determination that an alternative had to exist. When I found plant medicine, it worked. Slowly, painstakingly, with a great deal of trial and error. But it worked.
That experience — of navigating endometriosis, PCOS, and chronic fatigue without a roadmap — is the foundation of everything I do in clinic. I know what it means to search for answers when the system isn't giving you any. I know what it feels like when something finally does.

Why it matters
There are many qualified herbalists. Fewer have navigated the exact conditions they treat. Fewer still bring together Western herbalism, naturopathy, TCM-informed dispensary training, Ayurvedic study, bodywork, and the understanding of a former high-performance athlete — and conduct consultations in both English and French.
This is not a list of certificates. It is a way of seeing the whole person in front of me.
The story behind the practice
Elite swimmer. National team roster. Then — debilitating periods, six gynaecologists, morphine as a daily preventative, a career taken away. The story of how I got from there to here is the story of why I became a herbalist. And it is the reason I understand my clients the way I do.

Most of my consultations happen online. That means clients in France can work with a practitioner who understands the French phytotherapy tradition. Clients in Australia, the US, or the Gulf can access a qualified European herbalist in their own time zone. No geography, no compromise.
I practise in English and French, and I understand the particular comfort of discussing your health in your mother tongue.
