Transparent pricing · No surprises
Every consultation is an hour or more of focused, personalised attention — plus the time spent researching your case, writing your protocol, and sourcing your formulation. You are not paying for a prescription. You are paying for someone to properly understand you.
Herbal medicine and naturopathy work over time. A packaged programme gives you continuity, accountability, and a meaningful saving over booking individually — and it means we can work to a protocol that actually has space to unfold.
Best for: Anyone with a complex or chronic hormonal condition who wants sustained, evolving support rather than a one-off consultation. Three sessions across 8 weeks gives the protocol time to work.

Some conditions need more than three sessions. Endometriosis, PCOS, chronic fatigue, perimenopause — these are long-term relationships with your body, and they deserve long-term support. The retainer is for clients who are ready to commit to their health as an ongoing practice, not a one-off fix.
It is also the ideal format for international clients: regular check-ins, protocol adjustments, and messaging access — wherever you are in the world.

Common questions
No. Herbal medicine and naturopathy are complementary disciplines and you do not need a referral or GP permission. I do ask that you disclose any current medications so I can check for herb-drug interactions — this is a clinical safety step, not a barrier to working together. If you are under specialist care for a serious condition, I will always work alongside that care, never in opposition to it.
We spend 75–80 minutes together — online or in person. I take a full case history: not just your symptoms, but your whole health picture, your energy patterns, your sleep, your stress, your digestion, your history. That depth is what makes a personalised protocol possible. Within 48 hours you receive a written protocol including herbal recommendations, naturopathic guidance, and any relevant lifestyle adjustments.
It depends on the condition and the person. Some clients notice significant shifts within two to four weeks — particularly with sleep, stress, and acute presentations. Chronic hormonal conditions like endometriosis and PCOS typically take three to six months to show meaningful improvement through herbal medicine. This is not a limitation — it is how the body actually heals. I will always be honest with you about realistic timescales.
Yes. Many of my clients are on medication, and herbal medicine works effectively alongside conventional treatment in most cases. I always conduct a thorough herb-drug interaction check as part of the initial consultation. There are some specific combinations I will not recommend — I will always explain clearly if that is the case and why. I never advise anyone to stop medication without consulting their prescribing doctor.
Yes. Most of my consultations take place online, and I work with clients across the UK, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, the US, the Middle East, and beyond. I practise in both English and French. For herbal formulations, I can recommend trusted suppliers in your region, or we can discuss postal options depending on where you are.
Yes, over time. My current prices reflect the early stage of my practice — an introductory rate that I am transparent about. As my client base grows and I reach the review points I have set myself, prices will adjust to reflect full practice rates. Existing clients will always receive notice before any change and will be offered the opportunity to lock in current rates for ongoing programmes.
I ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee. I understand that life happens — particularly when you are managing a health condition — and I always apply this with common sense and compassion.
The first step costs nothing
Fifteen minutes. No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and whether I can help.
