Not lectures. Not passive learning. Every workshop I run ends with you holding something real — a blend you made, a protocol you understand, a practice you can begin tomorrow. That is the point.
Why workshops
There is a version of wellness education that fills you with information and sends you home with a notepad and a vague feeling that you should do something differently. I am not interested in that version.
Every workshop I design starts from a single question: what will this person actually do differently on Monday morning? That question shapes the format, the content, the materials, and the pace. Some workshops you leave with a tin of something you blended yourself. Some you leave with a protocol you have tested on your own pulse. All of them, you leave with something you can use.
Groups are small — never more than twelve — because learning about your own health is personal, and it deserves to happen in a space where questions are welcome and there is enough time to actually think.

Your kitchen, your apothecary, your practice
Most people's relationship with herbal medicine begins with a teabag. This workshop is about taking the next ten steps — understanding what is actually in the plants you are drinking, why they work, and how to begin using them with intention rather than habit.
We work with a selection of approachable, effective herbs — the ones that deserve a permanent place in your kitchen. You will learn how to make a proper infusion, a decoction, a simple tincture, and an infused oil. You will leave with a small kit of your own preparations and a reference card you will actually reach for.
This is the workshop I wish someone had given me when I first discovered plant medicine during lockdown — practical, unfrightening, and genuinely useful from day one.
Women's health · Personal experience informs this one deeply
For endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, perimenopause, and the in-between
I designed this workshop because it did not exist when I needed it. When I was at the worst of my endometriosis — cycling through specialists, on daily preventative morphine, watching my athletic career disappear — nobody gave me a room full of women and a conversation about what plants can actually do for hormonal conditions.
This workshop is that room. We talk honestly about the conditions that affect so many women and are so persistently underserved. We look at what herbal medicine genuinely offers — not miracle cures, but real, evidence-informed support for real, complex bodies. We discuss specific herbs for specific presentations: for pain, for cycle regulation, for the adrenal-hormonal axis, for the exhaustion that comes from years of fighting your own body.
This is not a lecture. It is a conversation, with space for questions, for stories, and for the kind of practical knowledge that helps you leave with something you can actually use.
Hands-on · You leave with formulations you made yourself
Teas, tinctures and simple remedies — personalised to you
There is something irreplaceable about making your own medicine. Not because homemade is always better — sometimes it is not — but because the act of choosing, weighing, blending, and smelling what you are putting into your body changes your relationship with it. You stop being a passive recipient of health information and start being someone who participates in their own care.
In this session, I guide each person through a short constitutional assessment — a simplified version of what happens in a full consultation — and then we blend. You choose your herbs from a curated selection I provide. You make a tea blend and a simple tincture formulation. You leave with both, plus the knowledge of why you chose what you chose.
Groups of 6–8 only — small enough that every blend is genuinely personal, not just a class recipe with your name on it.
High performance · Burnout prevention · Stress resilience
What they are, how they work, and how to use them without wasting your money
Adaptogens are everywhere right now — in every health food shop, every supplement brand, every wellness Instagram account. Most of the information about them is either oversimplified to the point of uselessness or buried in academic papers that require a biochemistry degree to parse. This workshop is neither.
As a former national-level athlete and clinical herbalist who has used adaptogens for my own recovery from chronic fatigue, I can tell you what they actually do, which ones are worth using, which are overhyped, how to combine them intelligently, and what the evidence actually says versus what brands would like you to believe.
This is designed for people who are running on empty and want to do something genuinely useful about it — not another supplement that does nothing, but a real understanding of how your stress response works and what plant medicine can do to support it.

Food as medicine — practical, delicious, and built around your actual life
The gap between knowing that diet matters and actually changing what you eat every day is enormous. Most nutritional advice widens that gap rather than closing it — it tells you what to do without telling you why, or gives you a meal plan that bears no resemblance to how real people shop, cook, and live.
This workshop is different because it starts with principles rather than prescriptions. When you understand why certain foods support the hormonal system, reduce inflammation, stabilise blood sugar, or feed the gut microbiome — you can apply that understanding to the food you already cook, the shops you already use, the kitchen you already have.
We cook together. We eat together. You leave with a recipe pack, a shopping guide, and a way of thinking about food that lasts longer than any meal plan.
For organisations
Workplace wellness sessions that go beyond the motivational poster. Whether delivered online or in person, in English or French, these are substantive, practical sessions that give your team tools they will actually use.
I have designed these for organisations that want to invest in genuine wellbeing — not tick a box, but actually reduce the burnout, absenteeism, and quiet exhaustion that costs organisations more than they realise.

Workshop dates are released to the mailing list first — often before they are publicly announced. Leave your email below and I will let you know when the next session is scheduled, which city or online platform it will be on, and how to secure your place.
I do not send noise. You will hear from me when there is something worth hearing about.
Private & bespoke
All workshops are available for private booking — for a group of friends, a yoga studio, a workplace, a retreat, or an event. Minimum group sizes apply. Get in touch to discuss what would work for your context.
