For organisations that want more than a motivational poster. For wellness brands that want real botanical credibility. For sports clubs, spas, and health spaces that want to offer their clients something that actually works.
Who this is for
Wellness consultancy in the corporate and brand space is full of vague offerings and generic content. I am not interested in that. What I offer is specific, clinical, and grounded in the same rigour I apply to individual client work. If you want someone who can speak with genuine authority about herbal medicine and naturopathy — to your team, your clients, or your product — that is what I offer.
In person or online · English and French · Half-day to full programmes
Workplace wellness sessions that give employees practical, evidence-informed tools — not generic self-care advice. I design sessions around your team's actual needs: the burnout that is quietly depleting performance, the women navigating hormonal conditions at work, the high-performers who are running on cortisol and caffeine.
Single sessions work as standalone lunch-and-learns or afternoon workshops. Programmes run across weeks or months, tracking measurable outcomes and adapting to what the team needs. All content is original, clinically grounded, and delivered in your organisation's context — not off-the-shelf slides.
Herbal credibility · Formulation guidance · Content review · Expert voice
Wellness brands making claims about herbal medicine need clinical credibility behind them. Marketing teams writing about adaptogens, hormonal health, or botanical ingredients need someone who can tell them what the science actually says — and what it does not.
I work with brands as an advisory consultant — reviewing product claims for accuracy, guiding formulation decisions for new product lines, creating educational content that holds up to scrutiny, and acting as an expert voice for media, launch events, and brand communications. Available in English and French, which is rare in this space.
Adaptogen protocols · Hormonal health for athletes · Naturopathic nutrition
I was a national-level synchronised swimmer. I know what performance environments look like from the inside — the culture, the pressures, the gap between what sports medicine provides and what athletes actually need. When my own health was destroyed by that environment, I found the answers in plant medicine. That gives me a specific credibility in this space that is genuinely difficult to find elsewhere.
For clubs and federations: I develop and deliver wellness education programmes for athletes, coaches, and performance staff — covering adaptogen protocols, anti-inflammatory nutrition, recovery, sleep, and the particular challenges of female athlete health (hormonal disruption, RED-S, cycle optimisation). All delivered without conflicting with existing medical or sports science staff.
This is one of the areas I care about most. Young athletes — particularly young female athletes — deserve better support than the system currently gives them. I know this because I was one of them.
Consultations, workshops, and herbal experiences within your space
Destination spas and retreat venues are increasingly aware that their clients want depth, not just relaxation — that a genuinely transformative experience involves education, personalisation, and clinical knowledge alongside the treatment. I work with wellness venues to design and deliver that dimension.
This can mean running herbal medicine consultations as part of a retreat programme. It can mean designing a seasonal botanical workshop experience that guests take home something from. It can mean training your in-house team to speak about herbal ingredients with genuine knowledge. Or it can mean an ongoing advisory relationship as you develop a herbal medicine offering within your space.
Why me specifically
There are qualified herbalists. There are corporate wellness trainers. There are brand advisors. Very few of them are all three — and fewer still bring a national-level sports background, personal recovery from chronic illness, French phytotherapy training, and bilingual delivery capability to the same engagement.
That specificity matters because your organisation or brand is specific. Generic wellness content produces generic results. What I offer is always designed for the actual context — your people, your clients, your product, your culture.
How we work together
Start the conversation
Consultancy starts with an honest conversation about what you actually need — not a pitch, not a brochure. Fill in the form and I will be in touch within two working days to arrange a call.
If you are not sure whether what you need fits into any of the categories above, tell me that too. Some of the most interesting work I have done started with "I'm not quite sure what I need."
